BOXING teaches students punches, footwork and patterns of movement through a combination of intense athletic drills. Whether students wish to train to be a prize fighter or simply enjoy the fitness level it offers, boxing at Tier One Training Center focuses on teaching students professional fighter technique while delivering a high intensity workout. Our boxing program welcomes beginners and students seeking improvement in fitness and conditioning, as well as intermediate to advanced students looking to take their technical skills to the next level. Experienced students will be encouraged to spar in a controlled environment.
